About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Commercial Operations team at Labcorp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and day-to-day operations of our Labcorp BLS CRM system (Salesforce) and associated tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on Salesforce functionality and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with functional areas using Salesforce.com, including Sales, Proposal Management, Marketing, Finance, Contracts, etc.
  • Lead commercial projects as the Salesforce Administrator technical lead, reviewing business requirements and translating them into functional requirements.
  • Facilitate and support the Salesforce.com Governance Process for Labcorp BLS.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying technical requirements for Salesforce Automation and Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, Active Directory, and Internet Information Server (IIS).

  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, with excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task, and prioritize.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude and sense of urgency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years' minimum experience working with Salesforce or equivalent application experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Experience working with a B2B sales organization.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (preferred).
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
  • Ideal experience in the life science industry.
