We are looking for empathetic and committed Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support Assistants to become part of our team, aiding children with diverse educational requirements in various schools throughout South Yorkshire.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to students, enhancing their learning experience.
  • Facilitating effective communication for students with language, communication, or sensory challenges.
  • Encouraging an inclusive educational atmosphere where every student feels appreciated and supported.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in working with children with special educational needs is highly advantageous.
Understanding of SEN:

A solid comprehension of various special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning difficulties, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities.

We seek a reliable and devoted individual who is passionate about enhancing the educational journey of SEN students.


Educational Background:
A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
