About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Skincare Product Development Manager to contribute to our skincare NPD and future opportunities, focusing on science and innovation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in skincare ingredients and technologies, as well as experience in managing cross-functional projects for product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative skincare products with SPF expertise, leveraging your knowledge of skincare formulation and manufacturing.
  • Present project submissions and ideas to our Senior Leadership Team, effectively communicating your vision and strategy.
  • Analyze skincare market data and competitor analysis to inform product development and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Track testing of supplier samples and NPD submissions, ensuring timely and effective product launches.
  • Maintain strong relationships with skincare suppliers, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • Technical background in skincare formulation and manufacturing, with a strong understanding of SPF developments and project management.
  • Proven experience in research and presentation, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members to achieve business objectives.
