We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Pixi Inc. as a key member of our Product Development Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and organized individual with a passion for skincare and color cosmetics to take on a challenging role and contribute to the development of innovative products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with our leadership team to manage and execute all project phases, creating and monitoring project timelines and milestones.
- Source product and packaging development, including formulation, components, and box art, to ensure high-quality products.
- Brief suppliers on specifications and pricing to bring products to market.
- Request formula, marketing sample, and technical information from various suppliers to ensure quality at every stage.
- Create Bill of Materials and Cost of Goods (COG) to ensure accurate product pricing.
- Request, create, and file regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage the sourcing of global influencers and suppliers, including the management of suppliers and rolling monthly timelines.
- Manage the tasks and weekly workload for UK designers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate the completion of all trade marketing briefs to ensure effective product promotion.
**Requirements:**
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a skincare/color cosmetics product development role.
- Must be great at finding solutions and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with PowerPoint and graphics programs.
- Must be a great multitasker and executor, with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Must be a fast learner and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
