Overview:


We're looking for a hands-on, innovative Assistant Product Manager with a passion for scientific skincare to join our fast-paced Product Development team.

You'll be a crucial part of the Global No7 Product team - supporting the Global Product Manager to deliver NPD projects over the 3Y Pipeline.


This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can effectively manage all aspects of the product life cycle with confidence and ease, delivering innovation, creating compelling and consumer led propositions which drive revenue and profit for the business and our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing and creating skincare NPD both present and future, with a focus on science, in line with brand positioning and ethos.
  • Support endtoend NPD development of the 35Y pipeline, managing and leading high paced projects from Ideation to Brief to Conceptualisation, Delivery & Launch.
  • Ability to interpret and translate cuttingedge science and consumer centric insights into exciting concepts.
  • Work alongside agency partners from brief and evaluation: packaging, CAD, Illustrators etc.
  • Ability to translate macro trends into micro product detail these include packaging, formulation, fragrance, taste and design elements.
  • Managing senior stakeholders to excite and align to key projects at critical approval points.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver NPD Projects including Brand, R&D, Packaging, Formulation and Commercial.
  • Highly enthusiastic with a desire to learn, with a keen interest and passion for skincare.

What you'll need to have:

  • Proven 23 years' experience as an Assistant Product Manager within Beauty. Skincare is desirable.
  • Immeasurable passion and knowledge of industry trends, skincare influencers and passionate about consumers.
  • Highly creative with the confidence to present new and innovative blue sky thinking for the brand.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Solution driven individual who quickly identifies and comes with answers to problems as and when they occur.
  • Proactive mindset, anticipating and addressing potential issues.
