About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to elevate our recruitment business to new heights.

Our client is a collaborative and principled recruitment firm specializing in finance and accounting, focusing on both permanent and freelance placements across various levels.

We are in search of a B2B marketing expert to design and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives across diverse channels, aimed at enhancing brand visibility and generating leads for our consultants.

This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all company-wide organic social media efforts.
  • Lead in-person events tailored to our target markets.
  • Enhance the brand's positioning to attract a more senior clientele, supporting our expansion into executive search and interim roles.
  • Develop marketing materials to assist consultants in their business development efforts.
  • Provide insights on SEO, Google advertising, and data collection strategies.
  • Formulate and execute email marketing strategies.
  • Plan and produce video content, thought leadership pieces, and industry updates at both company and consultant levels.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within recruitment or professional services.
  • Proficient with technology, ideally familiar with platforms such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive the marketing and sales agenda throughout the organization.
  • A creative thinker, capable of transforming brand guidelines into distinctive templates and content.
  • A collaborative and innovative team player.
