  • Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends and developments, showcasing expertise and knowledge to drive sales.
  • Support management in training and developing the team to maximize sales potential.
  • Contribute to performance management of the team, ensuring individual and collective success.
  • Assist in floor control, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer flow.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in luxury retail within a client-facing and service-driven environment.
  • Previous experience at a similar management level.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
