Job Title: 32hr Supervisor, Kids Footwear, Selfridges Trafford

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to join our team as a 32hr Supervisor, Kids Footwear, Selfridges Trafford. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, operations goals, and company policies.
  • Protect the Kurt Geiger and Selfridges brand, ensuring that our luxury standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure that your area of the store is consistently presented to a high standard, in line with company guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and be an expert in our products.
  • Support the management team in training and developing the sales team to maximize sales.
  • Support with floor control, ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist with customer queries and complaints, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, with a clienteling and service-driven environment.
  • Experience at a similar management level, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to drive a unique and memorable customer experience.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and team performance.
  • Impeccable presentation and a strong understanding of our luxury/fashion-forward brand.
