Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed budgeted sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Enhance the customer service proposition to surpass expectations, delivering exceptional experiences
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Host Store and concessions
  • Drive business improvement initiatives, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions
  • Review brand performance to make informed business decisions, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Contribute to departmental development based on consumer demands, staying ahead of market trends
  • Ensure adequate staff coverage and uphold high presentation standards, maintaining a luxurious store environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Senior management experience in a high-turnover, luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record of managing large teams, driving performance and growth
  • Demonstrated P&L accountability and profitability, with a focus on driving revenue
  • Ability to drive performance through effective leadership, inspiring teams to achieve excellence
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on building and maintaining key partnerships
  • Background in luxury fashion brands, preferably in high-end retail
  • Represent our luxury brand image, embodying the values of Kurt Geiger
