About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team at Kurt Geiger, a leading luxury retailer of branded shoes and accessories. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the buying team to ensure stock levels meet customer demand
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, hosts, and concessionaires
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective sales strategies
  • Experience of managing large teams and developing talent
