About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Kurt Geiger. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our ladies' footwear department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and drive sales growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are positive and professional
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the luxury retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of luxury retail operations and sales strategies
