Senior Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a 32hr Supervisor, Kids Footwear, Selfridges Trafford. As a key member of our luxury retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Kids Footwear department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, operations goals, and company policies.
- Protect and promote the Kurt Geiger and Selfridges brand.
- Maintain excellent visual presentation and ensure the store looks its best at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and provide expert advice to customers.
- Support the development and training of the sales team to maximize sales.
- Assist with performance management and floor control.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a clienteling and service-driven environment.
- Experience at a similar management level.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to drive a unique customer experience.
- Proven ability to drive sales and team performance.
- Impeccable presentation and a strong understanding of luxury and fashion-forward brands.
