What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the merchandising of toys to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing customers over tasks and providing a great shopping experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently through the till points.
  • Responsibly handle and accept deliveries, maintaining the stockroom areas.
  • Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.

Working Hours

This is a 12-hour contract, with typical working hours of 4-hour shifts over 3 days. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. We support the 'Keep Sundays Special' campaign, and you will not be required to work on Sundays.
