Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Job Board Direct. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Store Operations
    • Manage store inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, counting stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records
    • Ensure store appearance and maintenance, including cleaning, organization, and visual merchandising
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Drive sales growth by promoting products, identifying sales opportunities, and making recommendations to customers
    • Merchandise products effectively, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a well-organized store
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless store operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
