Our vision is to create a future characterized by reduced stigma, enhanced community support, increased research and education, and to lead the way in driving meaningful change. We strive for a society where everyone with complex mental health needs is acknowledged, valued, and filled with hope for their future.

We invite you to become part of our mission and assist us in transforming lives.

Role Overview

We are in search of a skilled clinician with a background in autonomous practice who is eager to receive support through an Advanced Clinical Practitioner Master's Degree Program. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member who thrives in a high-competency clinical environment and appreciates the importance of education, support, and professional growth within the workplace. Experience in primary or community care is advantageous but not mandatory.

While experience in mental health is preferred, we welcome applications from registered healthcare professionals who may not currently work in mental health services but possess transferable skills that align with our objectives.

The successful applicant will be tasked with advocating for parity between physical and mental health by delivering high-quality healthcare throughout the charity. Our goal is to address health disparities for our patients by:

  • Preventing unnecessary admissions to local acute hospitals
  • Offering a secure resuscitation service
  • Mitigating risks associated with psychotropic medications
  • Enhancing access to national health screening initiatives
  • Improving management of long-term health conditions

This role can be demanding in a fast-paced environment; however, for the right individual, it promises to be a highly fulfilling position within a supportive and friendly team.

Benefits

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes a pension scheme, 35 days of annual leave, a sickness policy aligned with NHS standards, life insurance, a car lease program, a cycle-to-work initiative, a beautiful work environment, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
