Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to provide support to our clinic teams and administrative functions, overseeing a total workforce of 75 across two locations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting top talent to implementing strategies that enhance engagement and productivity in a positive work environment.

The HR Manager will serve as the primary contact for both managers and staff, addressing a variety of HR-related matters to ensure that all employees feel valued and empowered to perform at their best. You will manage all HR administrative tasks using the integrated Personio ATS and HR system, ensuring accurate data management and preparing KPI reports to inform HR-related decisions. Leading current engagement initiatives and innovating new strategies to maintain a vibrant workplace will be a crucial aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhancing the onboarding process through the ATS, evaluating the effectiveness of job advertisements, and assessing candidate quality through screening and interviews.
  • Facilitating regular performance feedback for all employees, including probation reviews, one-on-ones, and annual evaluations, ensuring documentation is maintained for future reference.
  • Participating in and delivering the Induction training program, along with other coaching sessions as needed.
  • Creating employee opinion surveys and developing initiatives based on feedback, including a communication plan to update the organization on progress.
  • Preparing consistent communications such as monthly newsletters and team meetings with educational components.
  • Utilizing the HR system to track absence and holiday management, providing support to Line Managers in these areas.
  • Assisting in defining organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks to enhance departmental performance.
  • Developing and communicating new and revised company policies to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
