Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Asset Data Coordinator to join our team at Speedy Hire Plc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in coordinating the entire hire process, from taking orders to delivery and collection, ensuring seamless customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate hire process: Work closely with various departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of hire equipment and services.
  • Build relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and prioritize: Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and suppliers through verbal and written communication.
  • Adapt and learn: Demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to learning and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Support business objectives: Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team.
