Job Overview

The Virtual Care Services department is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role is essential for supporting the ongoing development of our services through a fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Virtual Care Services team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing administrative systems to ensure effective monitoring of service operations.
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate the smooth operation of services, including managing calls, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-ups.
  • Tracking equipment and resources, organizing meetings, and collecting and analyzing relevant data.
