About the Role: UK&I Cluster London Transition Lead

As part of our new International structure, we're seeking a dedicated UK&I Cluster London Transition Lead (Senior Vice President) to ensure a seamless transition of colleagues and services to our new Citi Tower building in Canary Wharf. This role also involves managing the exit and return of Citigroup Centre back to the landlord.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Cluster Leader on operational planning strategies.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies, track key decisions, and manage program governance effectively.
  • Review and align operational strategies with RES objectives to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on operational project risks and mobilization planning to stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations and maintain seamless communication and alignment with business and project teams.
  • Plan and execute the strategic exit of Citigroup Centre, ensuring a smooth handover process.
  • Develop the Operational Rule Book for Citi Tower, establishing clear guidelines and procedures for operations within the new building.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven background in facilities management and real estate operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, with a track record of successful execution.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the functions and objectives within Real Estate Services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expertise in resource and risk management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and mitigation of potential risks.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring service delivery excellence.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
