About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Support Specialist to join our team at Opus Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our clients' Dynamics 365 CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users across the organization, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
  • System Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, configure and customize the CRM system to meet specific business requirements, and implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system, develop and maintain data import/export processes, and perform data cleansing and migration tasks as needed.
  • System Upgrades and Enhancements: Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements, test and validate new features and functionality, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE architecture, components, and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data management techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for CRM systems.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE or related technologies.
  • Experience with CRM integration with other systems (e.g., marketing automation, ERP).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Power Bi experience.
