Job Summary:

Cyden Ltd is seeking a skilled Development Test Engineer to join our Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing and building new and modified products to meet the test specifications and methods defined by our development engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough component and device testing in accordance with established test specifications and methods.
  • Provide detailed test reports to the development team to facilitate feedback and improvement.
  • Assist in the assembly, modification, and re-work of prototype devices to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Validate new test methods to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of industrial experience in a suitable engineering company or university/HE institution.
  • Experience in technical report writing and excellent IT skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience within an engineering test department.
  • Experience of testing electronic or medical products.
  • Experience working within a quality-controlled development system, such as ISO9001.
  • Ability to solder.
