Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 Plus Benefits

About the Role

  • Design and develop cutting-edge software solutions for public sector clients, leveraging expertise in Java, Scala, Ruby, Python, ES6 with React, and C# with.NET Core.
  • Focus on outcome-based delivery, ensuring customer needs are met through technology.
  • Collaborate with the team to utilize AWS cloud and DevOps culture, delivering high-performing software and rapid changes.
  • Implement testing in a TDD environment, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software development, with a passion for expanding skills in various languages.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders and customers.
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance, requiring permanent citizenship and UK residency for over 5 years.
  • Experience in writing tests and/or TDD, as well as Agile practices such as Scrum, XP, and/or Kanban.
  • Comfortable with pair programming, with a 50% pairing ratio.
