About You

  • Proven experience in software development, ideally with a variety of languages and a passion to expand your skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort liaising with stakeholders and customers.
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance, requiring permanent citizenship and UK residency for over 5 years.
  • Experience in writing tests and/or TDD.
  • Agile practices such as Scrum, XP, and/or Kanban.
  • Pair programming, with a 50% pairing rate.
