Job Summary

e-Careers Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Business Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing Personal Lines Insurances, including Motor and Household products, for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Liaise with the director, working under their supervision, and taking initiative to explore fresh ideas and improve business performance.
  • Coordinate with account holders, responding to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure frequent communication with both current and new customers, including warm lead calls.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data inputting and accounts management.
  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts and website updates.

Requirements

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (desired but not essential)
  • Outstanding communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
  • Professionalism and honesty in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to take initiative and explore fresh ideas to improve business performance.
  • Proficient understanding of computers and ability to multitask.
  • Adaptable work style and strong organizational skills.
