About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bespoke Insurance Specialist to join our thriving regional sales team based in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing our Bespoke High Net Worth insurance business across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow our profile and reputation for insuring high net worth individuals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high net worth customers, educating them on our range of products and referring leads to meet their current and future requirements.
  • Guide and coach Agents of the NFU Mutual and their staff to promote HNW products, generate leads, and secure appointments that deliver targeted sales income to partner agencies.
  • Develop a robust contact strategy to promote and sell our Bespoke insurance, ensuring compliance with Sales Quality and Advice Standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a face-to-face sales role in a regulated industry, preferably in insurance.
  • Experience working with and adding value to high-net-worth individuals.
  • A track record of driving new business growth and pipeline management skills.
  • Sales marketing skills and awareness, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
  • UK Driving licence.
