We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced insurance professional to join our team as a Bespoke Insurance Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our high net worth insurance business across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow our high net worth insurance portfolio.
- Work closely with our agency offices to develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals and businesses.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on our range of insurance products and services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
- Proven sales experience in a face-to-face sales role in a regulated industry (insurance preferred).
- Experience working with and adding value to high-net-worth individuals.
- A track record of driving new business growth and pipeline management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- UK driving license.
- Basic salary to £45,000.
- Company car scheme.
- Commission scheme to £14,000.
- Annual bonus (up to 5% of salary).
- Contributory pension scheme, up to 20%, including your 8% contribution.
