About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service/Order Management team as a Customer Service Agent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established international company that specializes in various sectors, providing top-of-the-range products globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point-of-contact for customers, handling customer interaction-related activities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to keep them informed about activities, agreements, actions, lead times, complaints, account/price changes, and more.
  • Manage and build customer relationships with other internal functions to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Support and advise customers on inquiries, working with internal teams to resolve customer issues and minimize disruption.
  • Identify customer opportunities using customer feedback and insights, sharing them with relevant functions and ensuring follow-up.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is ideal.
  • A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think solution-oriented and influence others.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus, but not essential.
  • Proactive, target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
