About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license and a minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
