We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in nephrology or dialysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
