Job Title: Community Engagement Officer

Platform Housing Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Officer to join our team. As a Community Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in building strong and safe communities by working closely with customers to identify local issues and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local community groups and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote a healthy and happy environment for all customers
  • Organize and deliver community-based programs and activities to support community development
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in community engagement or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations within the community
  • DBS check required
