Set and monitor performance indicators for the recruitment team, ensuring compliance with the recruitment lifecycle.

Provide coaching and motivation to team members, overseeing their performance reviews.

Demonstrate your experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, showcasing your ability to build relationships through effective communication.

Possess an entrepreneurial mindset that drives the pursuit of new business opportunities.
