The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance to our organization, analyze and disseminate market and policy intelligence, and contribute to the development of business cases and strategic plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining connections across the organization to ensure alignment of strategy with customer and internally funded activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance to the organization, including the development of business cases and strategic plans.
  • Analyze and disseminate market and policy intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain connections across the organization to ensure alignment of strategy with customer and internally funded activities.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and strategic plans.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable working experience in the nuclear sector, with good knowledge of the UK and global nuclear energy market/policy landscape.
  • Ability to distil and communicate information to a senior and sometimes non-technical audience efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to apply strategic and lateral thinking, including identifying connections across aspects of the organization's work and the external landscape.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to identify activities and ideas that benefit the team and organization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, with the ability to focus on outcomes driven by tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and produces high-quality output.
  • Able to form partnerships across internal and external networks and work collaboratively in virtual multi-discipline teams.
  • Educated to degree or PhD level.
  • Ability to obtain SC level security clearance.
