We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Gardiner Bros & Co (Leathers) Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and contributing to initiatives that enhance our culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Provide HR-related support and guidance to over 230 employees.
HR Administration: Complete tasks promptly and accurately.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all actions comply with company policies and procedures.
HR System Expertise: Master our new HR system, HiBob, and support the team in maximizing its potential.
Collaborative Projects: Contribute to initiatives including ED&I, recruitment, learning and development, and other ad hoc projects to help shape and enhance our culture.
Requirements:
Experience in managing multiple employee relation cases.
Ability to provide hands-on HR support, coaching, and mentoring to our teams to ensure best practice.
Availability for regular office presence, with flexible hybrid working options.
