**Job Title: HR Advisor**

**Location: Stonehouse**

**Salary: £17,000**

**Contract: Part-time, Permenant**

Omega Resource Group is partnering with an industry-leading manufacturer who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their fantastic team on a part-time basis. Site based, this role is a permanent position working 20 hours per week.

**Position Overview - HR Advisor**

Working within the team as a HR Advisor, you will be a vital part of the HR function providing HR solutions for a busy manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for a mixture of administrative tasks alongside delivering HR support across the full HR lifecycle

**Key Responsibilities - HR Advisor**

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

**Employee Relations**:

- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.

**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.

**Performance Management**:

- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Contribute to the development of employee skills and capabilities.

**Qualifications and Experience - HR Advisor**
- A CIPD level 5 qualification or working towards achieving equivalent through experienced based assessment.
- Confident Excel user
- Experience of working in a busy HR department
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
