Infrastructure Solutions Specialist - Hybrid Environment - Pre-Sales

Hybrid Work Model

Compensation: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum based on relevant experience. On-Target Earnings: £37,500 - £47,000

Reed Technology is excited to partner with a leading global firm located in a prime area, seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Specialist for their Pre-Sales division. The ideal candidate will possess a background in product design and will be responsible for developing comprehensive Hybrid Infrastructure solutions tailored for a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
As a trusted advisor to both new and existing clients, you will assist them in overcoming the challenges associated with modernizing and scaling their infrastructure, ensuring maximum efficiency and security.


We are seeking candidates who can:
* Keep the Infrastructure portfolio current with market trends and demands.
* Evaluate, design, and present end-to-end Hybrid Infrastructure solutions that cater to various customer needs across different sectors.
* Stay informed about the latest assessment tools that aid in architecting, sizing, and configuring Hybrid Infrastructure solutions.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and complementary offerings.
* Deliver product updates to the Hybrid Infrastructure team and broader Business Solutions and Services, ensuring profitability and accurate information dissemination to clients.
* Convert basic Bill of Material (BoM) inquiries into comprehensive solutions that promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Continue to enhance your expertise with key vendors such as HPE, DELL, Cisco, and Aruba, developing deeper knowledge in specific solution areas as your role evolves.
* Build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and associated service partners.
* Support and manage existing customer technology and software strategies.
