Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay Up-to-Date on Market Demands: Stay informed about the latest market trends and demands to keep our Hybrid Infrastructure portfolio current and competitive.
  • Design and Present End-to-End Solutions: Utilize your expertise to design and present end-to-end Hybrid Infrastructure solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring they meet their business requirements.
  • Assessment and Architecture: Leverage assessment tools to develop solution architectures that meet customer needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Competitive Solutions: Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitive solutions to provide customers with the best possible options.
  • Product Updates and Profitability: Share product updates with customers and work to maximize solution profitability.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions to customers, driving revenue growth.
  • Vendor Expertise: Develop expertise in key vendors such as HPE, DELL, Cisco, and Aruba to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
  • Customer and Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and service partners to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of solutions.
  • Customer Technology and Software Plans: Support and manage customer technology and software plans to ensure they meet their business needs.

Requirements:

  • Self-Motivated and Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Hold a university degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Experience:
