Position: Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions Specialist

The Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions Specialist is integral to the HI Division of Bechtle UK's Technical Pre-Sales team. This role is primarily dedicated to guiding clients in transforming their infrastructure to enhance simplicity, performance, and security.

  • Continuously monitor market trends to ensure the HI portfolio remains relevant.
  • Craft and showcase comprehensive HI solutions customized to client specifications.
  • Employ assessment tools for architectural solutions.
  • Stay informed about competitive offerings.
  • Communicate product updates and optimize solution profitability.
  • Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop expertise in key vendors including HPE, DELL, Cisco, and Aruba.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and service partners.
  • Assist in managing customer technology and software strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Self-driven with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • A university degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in technology business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Experience with server and data center solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level hardware and software.
