About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and targets
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
