Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at East Sussex College. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in a classroom setting and during breaktime activities
  • Implement student support plans and safety assessments
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive support to our students
  • Monitor student progress and report to teachers and parents at review meetings
