Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Assistant to join this innovative school. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering a supportive and engaging learning experience, making full use of the school's outdoor spaces and embracing its values-based approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in delivering high-quality education to students
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of lessons and activities
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Education Support Assistant or in an educational setting
  • Relevant qualification in childcare, education, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to varying classroom situations
  • Patience and empathy towards children's learning and personal development
  • Strong collaboration skills
