We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Saddleworth Medical Practice. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing a busy and varied caseload, and contributing to the development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general medical services to patients, including routine consultations, examinations, and treatments.
- Manage a caseload of patients, including those with complex medical needs, and provide appropriate care and support.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in the development of our practice, including contributing to quality improvement initiatives and participating in peer review and audit.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Be a vocationally trained and accredited General Practitioner, preferably with MRCGP.
- Have current registration with the GMC and appropriate representation with a recognised medical defence organisation.
- Have a good knowledge of and interest in general practice and primary care.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
