We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Saddleworth Medical Practice. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing a busy and varied caseload, and contributing to the development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care, including routine consultations, urgent assessments, and referrals to specialist services.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including acute and chronic conditions, and develop effective treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal health outcomes.
- Participate in practice-wide initiatives to improve patient experience, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of our practice, including participating in quality improvement projects, clinical audits, and education and training programs.
- Current registration with the GMC and appropriate representation with a recognised medical defence organisation.
- Current CRB check (undertaken less than 6 months before the date of appointment).
- A good knowledge of and interest in general practice and primary care.
- Initiative, creativity, and motivation.
- A collegial team spirit and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
