As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and evaluating the effectiveness of primary suppliers, ensuring they adhere to contractual commitments and performance indicators. This position calls for a meticulous professional with exceptional analytical abilities, adept at navigating complex scenarios to guarantee that suppliers fulfill their performance obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Evaluation:
    • Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of supplier performance against established KPIs by accessing and analyzing provider IT systems.
    • Identify and question inconsistencies in reported metrics, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
    • Maintain a detailed record of the evaluation process, creating a transparent audit trail of actions and outcomes.
    • Deliver findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations in a well-structured written report.
  • Supplier Interaction:
    • Engage with suppliers directly to resolve performance-related challenges, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
    • Facilitate formal discussions with providers regarding service delivery, escalating issues through appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Compliance Oversight:
    • Monitor supplier compliance with public sector commercial agreements, including comprehensive procurement processes and supply chain services.
    • Identify and rectify any instances of non-compliance, taking proactive measures to address deficiencies.
