Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Performance Manager to join our team at Circle Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of supplier performance and compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contractual Compliance: Analyze and assess supplier performance against contractual KPIs, identifying areas of non-compliance and developing proposals to escalate contract default procedures.
  • Dispute Resolution: Manage disputes with suppliers through to conclusion, ensuring that all contractual requirements are met.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to assess supplier performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Commercial Assurance: Work closely with commercial colleagues to inform and represent business requirements for KPI review, ensuring that all contractual requirements are met.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes and tools to improve compliance work, including the production and clearance of findings and requirements.
  • Reporting and Escalation: Assess and report on provider failings against contractual KPIs, escalating issues as necessary.

Requirements

  • Public Sector Commercial Contracts: Understanding of public sector commercial contracts and procurement processes.
  • Contractual Analysis: Ability to analyze and assess contractual requirements and supplier performance.
  • Dispute Resolution: Experience in managing disputes with suppliers through to conclusion.
  • Performance Analysis: Ability to analyze data from various sources to assess supplier performance.
  • Commercial Assurance: Understanding of commercial assurance principles and practices.
