Job Summary:
The British American Tobacco Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our internal communications group, you will be responsible for developing and managing a robust digital analytics program to track and measure our digital communications activities across priority channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive digital analytics framework to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to inform our digital communications strategies.
- Analyze audience segmentation data to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations to optimize our messaging and engagement efforts.
- Manage global and local distribution lists to ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media analytics tools and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new tools and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and communications, to ensure alignment and effective use of analytics insights.
- Support internal digital communications initiatives and provide editorial support as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, audience segmentation, and strategic communications.
- Proven track record of creating actionable recommendations to improve corporate communications penetration.
- Confident and comfortable presenting research findings to senior-level stakeholders.
- Highly data-sensitive and able to quickly discover insights and provide solutions.
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and ability to manage diverse stakeholder needs.
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
