**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Formulation Development Principal Scientist to join our team at BioTalent. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new pharmaceutical formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new formulation strategies to improve product performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments to support formulation development.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Oversee the pre-clinical and clinical formulation development process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain training records to ensure that all team members are up-to-date with the latest industry guidelines and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in formulation development and process development across liquids and oral solid dosage forms.
  • Proven track record of designing, developing, scaling up, and troubleshooting formulations.
  • Ability to take ownership of independent projects and drive performance of junior team members.
