Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of our enzymatic DNA synthesis platform. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for conducting experiments, generating high-quality data, and supporting the development of critical processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize DNA manufacturing processes
  • Develop and implement new methods for DNA synthesis and purification
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and processes
  • Contribute to the development of process control strategies and quality control protocols
  • Present research findings and results to internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • MSc or PhD in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field
  • 2+ years of industrial experience in a biotech or CDMO environment
  • Strong background in enzymatic reactions and DNA synthesis
  • Experience with Capillary Electrophoresis (CE), UPLC, or HPLC
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
