We are currently seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Scientist to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions, a leading recruitment agency exclusively supporting the science and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Research and Development Scientist, you will be responsible for advancing innovative solutions for new drug candidates. Your duties will be varied, but key responsibilities include:

1. Molecule Design and Development: You will be responsible for the optimal design, selection, and delivery of molecules that support the advancement of therapeutic antibody projects.

2. Data Analysis and Interpretation: You will analyze, interrogate, interpret, and document data to inform project decisions.

3. Collaboration and Communication: You will liaise with project leaders and communicate data through presentations and written reports.

4. Innovation and Technology Evaluation: You will identify new and relevant technologies for potential evaluation and implementation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Relevant Degree: A relevant degree in biochemistry or a related biological discipline.

2. Industry Experience: Proven industry experience in antibodies and their structures.

3. Technical Skills: A working knowledge and practical experience with standard molecular biology techniques and recombinant protein production from mammalian cells, including DNA preparations, sequence analysis, tissue culture, preparative and analytical chromatography methods, and SDS-PAGE.
