Emergency Response Paramedic

Become a vital member of our team as an Emergency Response Paramedic, tasked with addressing fire emergencies and medical situations, conducting rescue missions, and managing various non-critical incidents to safeguard lives and property. Your responsibilities will also include the upkeep of firefighting apparatus, rescue vehicles, and station facilities, all while adhering to established protocols and under the guidance of experienced fire department personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care in accordance with medical protocols
  • Engage in community outreach to promote fire safety awareness
  • Formulate pre-incident plans for structures
  • Maintain professional certifications and improve skills
  • Ensure operational readiness of equipment
  • Rescue individuals from emergency situations
  • Support fire suppression efforts and protect property

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid Paramedic License and National Registry certification
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • No felony convictions
  • Achieve Firefighter I/II Certification within one year

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certification in Firefighter I and Firefighter II
  • Successful completion of the Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT)
