We are seeking engaging individuals to join our Concierge Teams as Senior Member Experience Hosts. You will provide exceptional experiences for our members and their visitors across our London Locations. You will also provide support to the Workspace Managers and be a crucial link between them and the Member Experience Hosts.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Member Experience Hosts to ensure building stock levels are maintained, raising and receipting purchase orders on SAP. You'll also ensure member databases and SharePoint files are always updated and current.
  • Take pride in helping others – from planning and delivering events to surprising our members and being responsible for the smooth running of our buildings, both big and small. Celebrate daily successes
  • Under the guidance of your manager, role model behaviors, organize day-to-day operations, and conduct training for all Member Experience Hosts.
  • Be a fantastic team player and know just the right things to say to foster harmony and build bridges with people inside and outside of the business. The success of Fora isn't a one-person job – you'll work together with various departments to keep our spaces running and buzzing.
  • Embrace problem-solving You're a thinker, a doer, and aren't afraid to get creative with solutions for your clients' needs. Every day holds something different in store; you're not looking for an ordinary 9-to-5 desk job. One day you might be setting up a meeting room for 70 people and preparing catering, and the next might be conducting fire alarm tests or solving IT issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality at a Team Leader or Supervisory position.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable knowledge of MS Office tools – particularly Word and Excel
  • A brilliant self-starter nature to work independently as well as part of a team.
